All About Sarah

Hi! I’m Sarah Palmer and I’m one of the Mom’s here at WiseBook Buddies. My family and I live in Pennsylvania. We moved here about 4 years ago for my job. I work in marketing and while I was a little nervous about uprooting our family and moving someplace new, it all worked out perfectly. We ended up moving into the same neighborhood as Erin and Amelia, which is how we all became friends. (Even our kids are best friends lol.) My husband Brendon and I have been married for 8 years now. We met in college. We have 2 kids: Liam and Payton. Since both my husband and I work full time, we felt like we were missing out on some fun times with our kiddos. When Amelia approached Erin and I about starting a little education club, I was totally on board!! I thought it would be hard to find the time between work, taking care of two kids, and maintaining a household, but you manage. You start to really figure out what’s important in your life and what isn’t. Prior to us starting this club, our kids were signed up for just about every inter mural or extra curricular activity that our school offered. While they enjoyed it, they were the ones who chose to cut down their after school activities so we could have more “family fun time”, as they like to call it. We’ve never spent so much GOOD times together. (The kids are actually fighting less, which is also a plus LOL)...and they’re learning! We’re all so happy. Amelia is a genius! The kids look forward to this all week….especially around the holidays. I think we all do. It’s been so nice getting all the families involved. We’ve built such a strong relationship together. It’s just all very special. If you’re thinking of starting a little group like ours, I can’t recommend it enough. If you have any questions, just ask!!
